At this time of year, the villages hold festivals, bustling with all kinds of stalls and stands. Make new friends and meet new Pokémon as you unravel the old legends of Kitakami. - You need to have begun the Treasure Hunt in Pokémon Scarlet to access the main story of Part 1: The Teal Mask.
