Mytheon is an online, multiplayer action/RPG with strategic game play where players experience classic mythology come to life and challenge legendary gods to define their own fate. Originally released in 2010 as a free-to-play Action-RPG MMO, the game has been slightly redesigned to support a simple one-time purchase for all core content. The setting and storyline incorporates well known mythologies from around the world — starting with Greece and Egypt, with expansions into other mythologies. The player creates an avatar from one of three classes and collects stones of power which act as spells, abilities and pets. Using the stones, player can explore 14 different adventure areas to collect loot and new stones. The ultimate goal is to defeat Zeus and the Greek pantheon of gods on Mount Olympus. The game can be played solo or as a group.
